This notice identifies the operator of the website superprotection.online, in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services, Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on consumer protection and Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce.

Burksled s.r.o. is a limited liability company (společnost s ručením omezeným) incorporated in the Czech Republic and entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the competent court. Its registration number (identifikační číslo osoby, IČO) is 19127812. The company is registered for value added tax under number CZ19127812.

Purpose of the site

superprotection.online is an editorial website about consumer computer security. It publishes explanatory articles and guides. It does not sell any product or service, does not take orders and does not process payments. It is financed by affiliate commission: see the editorial policy for the full explanation of how that works and what it does not buy.

Hosting

The website is hosted on a server rented by the publisher within the European Union. The publisher remains responsible for the content published here. If you need the identity of the hosting provider for a legal purpose, request it in writing at the address above and it will be supplied.

Intellectual property

The editorial text, the page design and all diagrams on this site are original works created by or for Burksled s.r.o. and are protected by copyright. The diagrams are original SVG drawings produced for this site; no stock photography, product screenshots or third-party images are used anywhere on it. You may quote short extracts with a visible attribution and a link to the page quoted. Systematic reproduction requires written permission.

Any complaint about the content of the site should be addressed to the publisher at the e-mail address above; we aim to reply within 30 days. If you buy from a third-party vendor after following a link from this site, your contract is with that vendor and any complaint about the purchase must be addressed to them.
